The health and well-being of our friends, family, employees, and customers is central to our core business philosophy. We have implemented changes to our “normal business practice” to reduce the risks and we are committed to supporting you.
Cal-Coast Machinery is an Essential Business and our branches will remain open during normal business hours but with Updated Safety Policies in place. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures at all locations, practicing social distancing, and educating our teams on best practices.
All of our departments have online services that that don’t require an in-person visit:
Order parts online through our Cal-Coast Machinery Customer Portal. You may also order parts over the phone from your nearest branch and have them available curbside for pick up upon arrival. If you prefer, our in-store parts counters are open with provisions in place to maintain proper distancing.
Get an online quote for tractors or other equipment by using our Get a Quote page. In-store equipment displays have been set up with plenty of space inside and outside for comfortable distances. Our sales staff can assist you in person, over the phone, or guide you through our website to help answer any of your questions. We will continue to make deliveries on new sales. For everyone’s well-being, our drivers will keep proper distance and limit interactions with customers upon equipment delivery.
Place your service request online by using our Service Request form. Service work can be dropped off outside the building. Simply call when you arrive, and our service team will come outside to meet with you. When your service is complete call ahead for payment and our service team will meet you outside to assist you upon pick-up.
